the truth on post secret
sometimes amazes me. this one had a paragraph explaining what it was
about and it was a teacher talking about her students. she wrote "I
have always suspected that their behavior was a test and that
misbehavior was often a way of showing their teachers that they trusted
them to care no matter what. This post card articulated what my
children over the years have not been able to say." i almost cried.
just wanted to share.

good things come to those who wait.
so they say.
too bad waiting sucks.
and nobody ever does it.

feelings.
fleeting.
changing.
never good enough.
never cool enough.
never big enough.
never perfect enough.
made for something more.
something bigger.
something better.
something much more exciting.
you know the answer.
when did you stop chasing after it?
run while you can.
into the only arms that will ever be big enough to hold you.
the only person that really knows
every detail.
every quirk.
every thought.
every love.
every desire.
every flaw.

absolutely wonderfully content. taken care of. reconciled. justified. peace.
ok i'm some kind of cheese ball today. s o r r y . but not that sorry. b/c all this means is that i'm really good.
maybe christmas doesn't come from a store. maybe christmas means a little bit more.
